Shipping/Delivery

We currently only ship to the UK although we are happy to give you a quote for shipping outside the UK. Contact us at shipping@webtots.co.uk with your request.

When payment is made in full then the items will be despatched and should arrive at your door within 7 working days. If there is going to be a delay in the delivery of your item/items then we will email you to inform you.

When pre-ordering from Webtots we will confirm with you the estimated time of delivery via email.

In our opinion the postal strike disruption seems to have cleared and as far as we are aware all is back to normal.

Returns

If the goods that you receive are faulty then you will be able to return the item to us and receive a full refund.

If in the event that we have to send out a substitute item then you will be able to return it to us for a full refund if it is not required.
